The pottery manufactured at Boleslawiec has a long tradition. A 17th-century stoneware jug-both useful and decorative-in the Wroc³aw National Museum collection is one of the oldest. Nowadays pottery from Boleslawiec region, and this style of decorating pottery is extremely popular on the domestic market, and it is also in demand abroad, in Germany,  in the Czech Republic, USA and Canada. Boles³awiec pottery is pretty and it can be safely used in microwave ovens.

Ceramika Artystyczna Wiza is a ceramic company situated in Parowa a small village near Boleslawiec.
