Price of Polish Boleslawiec pottery is dependant on size, type of item, quality of glaze/painting, and whether or not the piece is Unikat, or “unique” in English. Unikat decorations are partially painted (not only stamped) or has sophsticated, requiring large amount of work and experience, stamped pattern. In some factories there are Unikat and Unikat/Arte signed series. Those pieces as signed by painter are most rare and expensive.
